Delete Your Account

You can delete your Scribelo account at any time, directly from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data — including your profile, photo, and role — from our systems.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Scribelo app on your device or go to app.scribeloapp.com.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Tap the User tab at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. If your account uses email/password sign-in, enter your current password to confirm.
  6. Tap Yes, Delete to permanently delete your account.

Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days of deletion.

If you're unable to access the app or need assistance deleting your account manually, email us at support@scribeloapp.com. Include the email address associated with your account and we'll take care of it within 5 business days.
